Getting help

  • Iā€™m having problems with the e-learning ā€“ what should I do?
    • The quickest way to resolve a problem is to search these help pages. If you cannot find the information you need on the support site, please use either Live Chat or fill out our support form and a member of the support team will get back to you.

  • Using Live Chat
    • Using the Live Chat, our call operators will try to resolve your issue or, for more complex problems, refer your query to a colleague for additional investigation.

      Live Chat is available through the Portal ā€“ using the icon at the top of the page:

      Live chat 'available' icon When Live Chat is available, the status icon will turn green.
      Live chat 'Busy' icon If we are busy chatting with other users, the status icon will turn orange and you can create a support ticket instead.
      Live Chat 'offline' button shown Live Chat is not available out of office hours (UK time) and the icon will be greyed out at these times.
