Using Live Chat
Using the Live Chat, our call operators will try to resolve your issue or, for more complex problems, refer your query to a colleague for additional investigation.
Live Chat is available through the Portal – using the icon at the top of the page:
When Live Chat is available, the status icon will turn green. If we are busy chatting with other users, the status icon will turn orange and you can create a support ticket instead. Live Chat is not available out of office hours (UK time) and the icon will be greyed out at these times.
