Data and privacy

  • What information is held about me by eIntegrity and who can see it?
    • eIntegrity takes its responsibilities around data protection seriously. In line with recommendations from the Information Commissioner’s Office, our Terms and Conditions clearly state what information we hold and how it is processed.

      We capture certain information as part of the registration process. This enables us to create a user account, allow permissions-based reporting and offer users learning that is relevant to their needs. The information we hold is used to deliver online learning and to store and report on users' learning activity. At an aggregated level, it is used to help us with market intelligence and to improve our offerings to learners. It will never be sold for financial gain or shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.

      At all times, this data is processed in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations.

      Please note that the Portal is hosted by our partner, NHSE elearning for healthcare, which stores records of all learning activity. See the HEE Privacy Policy.

  • How secure is my data in the Portal?
    • eIntegrity takes data security very seriously and makes every effort to ensure that user information is held as securely as possible. Access to our servers and personal data held in your account is restricted, even within the eIntegrity team.

      As a learner, it is your responsibility to create a password when you first access the e-learning platform. Never give out your password or security questions and answers to another person.

      Please note: we will never ask for your password.
