My Account

• What is my account?

  • Your account contains a personalised record relating to you and your learning with eIntegrity. It can only be accessed with a username and password.

    Your account also contains personal details about you, such as your email address that you gave us when registering. We will ask you to update these details periodically.
    
    As you access and complete the e-learning, the learning records in your account will be updated automatically. This allows you, and those authorised to monitor your progress, to track your learning.

• How do I change the personal details displayed on my account?

  •  

    1. Log in.
    2. Select My Account on the menu. Then select 'Personal Details'.
    3. Update your details.

            

        4. Select the 'Save Changes' button to store the updated details.

    You can also change your password and set up security questions by selecting the relevant option within My Account.

• What sort of details about work should I include?

  • Here you can add some basic work or job details. Click ‘Add new employment details’, make the relevant changes and then click ‘Save Changes’.

• How can I change my password?

  • You can change your password by clicking on My Account and selecting ‘Change Password’.

• Why do I need security questions?

  • Security questions are used to verify your identity if you need to reset your password. This is the quickest way to restore access to your account.

• I have forgotten the answer(s) to my security question(s). What should I do?

  • If you know your username and password, then you can change your security question(s).

    If you have forgotten your username and password and cannot remember the answer(s) to your security question(s), you should fill out our support form and a member of the team will help you out.

• How do I change my security question(s) or the answers I provided?
  • 1. Log in.
    2. Select My Account on the main menu. Then select ‘Additional Security’.
    3. Update your details.
    4. Select the 'Save Security Questions' button to store the updated details.
       
       If you forget your password, you will be asked one of your security questions to verify your identity so that you can reset your password.
• What information is held about me by eIntegrity and who can see it?

  • eIntegrity takes its responsibilities around data protection seriously. In line with recommendations from the Information Commissioner’s Office, our Terms and Conditions clearly state what information we hold and how it is processed.
    
    We capture certain information as part of the registration process. This enables us to create a user account, allow permissions-based reporting and offer users learning that is relevant to their needs. The information we hold is used to deliver online learning and to store and report on users' learning activity. At an aggregated level, it is used to help us with market intelligence and to improve our offerings to learners. It will never be sold for financial gain or shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.

    At all times, this data is processed in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations.

• How secure is my data in the Portal?

  • eIntegrity takes data security very seriously and makes every effort to ensure that user information is held as securely as possible. Access to our servers and personal data held in your account is restricted, even within the eIntegrity team.
    
    As a learner, it is your responsibility to create a password when you first access the e-learning platform. Never give out your password or security questions and answers to another person.

    Please note: we will never ask for your password.
